Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we are unable to accept returns once items have been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect storage after delivery (for example, exposure to heat or direct sunlight that causes chocolate to melt).
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
